It’s dull and gray outside, but we’re feeling bright and colorful thanks to today’s Beta Clarity Juice recipe. Here we blended a whole range of vegetables together to create a juice that will sooth, soften and clarify your skin from the inside out! Beta Clarity Juice
10 carrots: this nutrient heavy vegetable has vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K and vitamin B8. Vitamin C is a key nutrient for our skin as it aids the collagen in the body, helping to maintain the elasticity in our skin.
1/2 red bell pepper: this vegetable is full of Vitamin C and also contains beta-carotene, providing antioxidant and calming properties.
1/4 bulb fennel: this fiber rich vegetable helps to lower cholesterol and also provide vitamin C and B-6.
1/2 lemon, peeled: this citrus not only provides antibiotic aid but also helps to improve the beauty of your skin by improving the glow of your face from the inside out.
1/2 cup papaya or mango: papaya is a key ingredient in this recipe to help soften and clarify your skin due to the powerful enzymes to aid and repair damaged skin.
1 teaspoon coconut oil: this healthy fat improves the body’s ability to absorb nutrients.
First, juice the carrots, red pepper, celery, fennel, lemon and papaya. Second, transfer the juice into a blender and add the coconut oil. Continue to blend until creamy. Enjoy this juice immediately as it is or pour over ice!
