Choosing the right product for your skin concerns can be tricky. How do you prioritize one concern over others, or address all of your concerns when you’re short on time?
Our results-driven, complex formulas are all designed to provide multiple benefits, but you can get even more out of your products and your time by combining products to target more skin concerns at once for even better results.
Here are some of my favorite combinations:
Exfoliation is one of my secret weapons for smooth, glowing skin. Every morning I polish my skin with the Regenerating Cleanser to remove surface buildup and prevent dullness. I use the Resurfacing Mask, with Beta Hydroxy Acid from Willow Bark and Meadowsweet, once or twice a week to help minimize the appearance of pores and improve texture.
For an extra radiance boost before events, I massage the Regenerating Cleanser into dry skin, then layer the Resurfacing Mask on top, and rinse after 5-10 minutes. It maximizes both products’ exfoliating and pore minimizing benefits and leaves my skin glowing for days.
Essences are becoming more and more popular lately, and for good reason. They’re designed to give their own benefits, like hydration, brightening, and fine-line-fighting, while simultaneously helping serums penetrate better to maximize results.
In the morning, I like to saturate my skin completely with Hydrating Floral Essence, and massage my serums right in without waiting for it to dry. It saves time, helps boost my serum’s performance, and helps a small amount of product go further.
I have dry skin, so I’m always looking for ways to hydrate it without feeling weighed down by thick, heavy products, especially in the daytime. When I’m extra dry, I’ll add a few drops of vitamin-rich Replenishing Nutrient Complex to my Repairative Moisturizer.
You can also add a few drops to your foundation for extra moisture and a dewy finish.
Clients always tell me how hard it is for them to pick only one aging concern to focus on, or to figure out and make time for exact placements of multiple targeted treatments on certain areas. Instead of choosing between the Elixir Vitae, Boosted Contouring Serum, and Concentrated Brightening Serum, I’ll pump all three into my hand at once and combine them before applying, making sure to include my neck and the backs of my hands. It saves time, plus I get all of the age-defying benefits of all three at once.
Multi-masking is such a great tool to have in your skincare arsenal. It’s a major time-saver, and helps you get better performance from your masks by targeting where you apply, so each part of your face is getting the treatment it needs.
I start with a base of Resurfacing Mask over my whole face. Then I apply the Purifying Mask in my t-zone, and Moisturizing Mask on my neck. Many people forget the neck, but multi-masking is a great way to make sure it’s getting cared for, too.
ULTIMATE EYE COCKTAIL
For me, more is more when it comes to the eye area. The skin there is so thin and delicate, so I like to give it extra attention.
When I’m really going for it and want to fight a full range of eye concerns, I’ll start with the Elixir Vitae Eye Serum to fight the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, then apply Restorative Eye Crème for hydration and to fight puffiness, making sure to really massage each into my skin. I’ll top it off with the Boosted Contouring Eye Mask as a leave on treatment for extra moisture and to lift and open the eye area.
